I could not create pick from my assembly order in Business Central.

Hi Everyone,

Good morning.

In Business Central, I am trying to create pick list for raw materials from a bin in storage zone to a bin in the assembly zone for an assembly order. But it says 'Nothing to handle'.

Hi Revan,
The Nothing to Handle error message is a generic one. We need to analyze and troubleshoot on below conditions
1. Insufficient Inventory Levels
2. Bin/Location Issues
3. Consider factors like reservations, pending picks, lot tracking, expiry dates of the items and variant items.


I would recommend checking from Pick worksheet page, since in that page you can able to see actual availability of the items in the specific pick pack bin.
