Access Voilation error in Developer Tool kit

Hi
I am running Navision developer toolkit version 2.0, for converting 3.1 objects to 4.0 objects, i am facing some error randomly in my machine while running the merge process.
1)
Access voilation at address 007E1798 in module 'Dev Tool.exe' . Read of address 0945C000
2) Out of memory
can any body tell y this error is coming.
