Send to excel function does not open excel

Hello,
I have problem when sending data from page to microsoft Excel. When the button is pressed, for few seconds the mouse shows loading icon, but apparently excel never opens.
It works on one of the clients computers, and stopped working on other cient computer and also server.
I get no error messages, nothing. It just not opens up. Maybe someone have encountered this problem before and could suggest some kind of solution?
By the way, there isn't any add-ins of navision or etc. enabled neither in server or client.
