Dear all,

I have 2 questions if You can help me:

1. Can I set alarm in NAV for items quantities, meaning that for some items if quantity drops bellow predefined, I got mail or something?

2. How can I upload order confirmation pdf or excel to NAV?

In depence a little bit or your version and the timing. You can give it a try to workflows or Power Automate or you can make a custom report and triggered it from the action or from a job queue.
