Job Queue - "The current permissions prevented the Action (Codeunit ... Exceute)

Hey there!
We created a job queue that executes a Codeunit in one of our extensions. We created a permissionset that includes the Codeunit with "X" permissions. Permissionset is assigned to the user.
When we execute the Job Queue manually everything is working as expected. However, if the Job Queue runs automatically during the night it always ends in an error saying "The current permissions prevented the Action (Codeunit ... Execute)"
Anyone has experience with the same issue?
