problems with BN

hi all
i have installed the BN server and also connected the BN client with it.
i created some of the schemes on the client and defined the recipients for them.
when i send the selected lines from the worksheet form, then the mails are not going to the recipients.
please tell me what can be the problem.

i m sending the notifications to the external recipients. in this case i don't need to subscribe the recipients. do I ?
but i subscribed the internal recipients for the BN server, but the mails are neither going to external recipient nor going to internal recipients.
what should i do now.
please tell me.

Yes, you are right.

Ad Sending e-mails: may be that SMTP server block the emails - can you check this?
