Restore BC OnPrem from BCOnLine Bacpac file

Hi,
Has any one ever done this before?
The steps I used to do this:
1) Download bacpac from BCOnline
2) Dowload and Install BCOnPrem with the same app version as BCOnLine
3) Import bacpac file to a SQL Server database
4) Set BCOnPrem to multitenant
5) Mount BCOnline tenant db to BCOnPrem instance
6) I get errors in NAV extension versions:
Mount-NAVTenant : The tenant DEMO could not be mounted because the following installed NAV extensions are missing, matching content could not be found, or have a higher version than 
those that are published and synchronized: "Business Central Cloud Migration API" by Microsoft, version 22.5.59966.60187
"Intelligent Cloud Base" by Microsoft, version 22.5.59966.60187
"Business Central Cloud Migration - Previous Release" by Microsoft, version 22.5.59966.60187
"_Exclude_Connectivity Apps" by Microsoft, version 22.5.59966.60187
"_Exclude_Microsoft Dynamics 365 - SmartList" by Microsoft, version 22.5.59966.60187
"_Exclude_Onboarding Signals" by Microsoft, version 22.5.59966.60187
"_Exclude_AnonymizedDataSharing_" by Microsoft, version 22.5.59966.60187
"Business Central Intelligent Cloud" by Microsoft, version 22.5.59966.60187
"Dynamics GP Intelligent Cloud" by Microsoft, version 22.5.59966.60187
"Dynamics GP History SmartLists" by Microsoft, version 22.5.59966.60187

I get that this error means that these apps exist in
- BCOnline db but not in the BCOnPrem db, OR
- BCOnline app version is higher than then BCOnPrem db

But since these are Microsoft app extensions how do I resolve them?
- I can't remove Microsoft extensions from the BCOnLine db, and
- I cannot find a later version and install them on BCOnPrem db.

What am I missing here?
