Change user password?

in NAV Three Tier
After login into BC on-Premise (using NavUserPassword), how can a user change his own password at any time.?
Is in't supposed to be under MySettings page?

    The action is on the users user card.
    I do not believe it have been on MySettings page ever.
    For help, do not use PM, use forum instead, perhaps other people have the same question, or better answers.
