Smarttags : impossible to see in MS-Word

Hey,
I've re-installed all the smarttags components from my 4.0 Cronus version as detailled in the documentation. All seems to work fine : system has created the profile and the Datasets.
Only problem : my smarttags are not visible in the Smarttag Option window in my MS-Word !! Any idea from where this list is maintained ?
