Can't populate user name on a report header

Hello!
I have looked into this issue for a good time and can't seem to figure out what is going on, I'm hoping someone can shed some light.
One of users is unable to show her user name on the header of the report. However, there are 2 of her team members that are showing correct, with a name.
We have looked at permissions, compared and the 3 of them have the same. And don't know where else to look.
This is what the other 2 users are showing:
Date: 11/02/23
Page number: 1
Company Name\Username:
CPCO\John.Green
Here is what the one user is showing:
Date: 11/02/23
Page number: 1
Company Name\Username: CPCO
As you can see the name after "CPCO" is blank on the 2nd example. This is a "Load Verification" report.
Any ideas will be helpful!! Thank you in advance!
