Can't send mail through new outlook client.

Hello!

I have a situation where the new Outlook client doesn't seem to work with NAV. We can't send emails through it, so we had to roll back to the previous version of Outlook.

I just want to check if we should escalate this matter or if we can expect it to be fixed before it goes live for everyone else? Didnt find antyhing online about this

  • it depends on where you are using Outlook, if it's a customized page or default, mention which NAv version and the error appearing. It might be that your developers have to upgrade the automation library inside the page.
