Endpoint for "Item Charge Assignment"

A requirement for an OData endpoint to fetch all the data of the "Item Charge assignment" table for integration with other software.

Because the standard BC page does not return any data without the purchase or sales document context. Please see below the screenshots of calling the standard BC page web service.

So the goal is to create a custom page for "Item Charge Assignment" records containing all the fields and publish the same as a web service.

Could anyone please help me on how to create this API page?
