How to change the "Credit Limit (LCY)"

in NAV/Navision Classic Client

Dear community,

I've a problem with Dynamics NAV 5.0 (2007):

Could you please indicate how to modify the "Credit Limit (LCY)" of a customer.

By default, I always have €1,000.00 filled in, but I want to give a customer more, but unfortunately I cannot edit the field on the customer record. Do you know how this works?

    I guess that you don't have the permissions to change it

    Thanks for the answer.

    The field is not editable for me, so I cannot enter a different value there.

    I was able to solve the "problem" by pressing "F9" on the customer record, then a screen appears where the limit can be changed. This solved the problem for me, but I don't know if doing so works for everyone ;-)
