NAVCancelCredentialPromptException with infinite loading loop

Hi everyone,

after upgrading from BC17 to BC21 onprem we are encountering the issue that some users will get caught in a seemless infinite loading loop after changing the language or company in BC. We are using AAD fot authentication.
After clearing cookies it works just fine.
The event log for the time of the problem is full with the following error:

Someone mentioned enabling the "UseLegacyAcsAuthentication" fixes this, but is there another way to fix this problem without enabling legacy authentication?
