Searchin for OCX Control

I am searchin for an OCX Control for a balance.

Its called Minipond 25-PMN ?

Does anyone have an ocx for this balance or does anyone know how to programm OCX'es, or know someone who programms ocx'es for low price ?

There is software to download, and it includes a DLL. So maybe you can use this using automation and Navision?
