Having msvcp140.dll is missing error

Hello there,
I am getting a message in my computer that msvcp140.dll is missing from the computer when i try to open an application,
I downloaded msvcp140.dll from the given link but do nmot know how to use it, there are no instructions on website,
Can someone help,
