With reordering policy = "ORDER", does MPS consider about Inventory ?

MPS always considers inventory, that's one of the parameters to determine how much to order.

Thanks to all of you, but to make it clearer,
Let put it like this :
assumes :
Setup in Item Card as following :
* Replenishment system = Prod Order
* Manufacturing Poliy = Make-To-Order
* Reordering Policy = Order
At the time of running MPS , I have
* Inventory = 50
* Sales Orer = 200
So, created planned order should be 200 or 150 ?
Thanks a lot
