Can I take backup of user personalization?

I think I once searched for this and there are some ways but I wouldn't recomend it because when I tried the user couldn't log in back and I had to delete it. in the old times we had ZUP file and that used to work..
Have a look here, the bottom section called. I strongly recommend you do a backup of the table
"COPY USER PERSONALIZATIONS"
