Unable Login Dynamics 365 Business Central Mobile

Hi all,

is there a bug in the mobile app? Since april 10, 2023 some users cannot log in to mobile app.

the app say session expired and after i click button refresh, the display return to login and this repeat continuously.
I try to check event viewer in server but i dont get an error notification instead i get information that there is a user has authenticated to the server
After i makesure this happened for android version 12 and above. Is there any solution or update?

    Same here, our client can login with ipad and android phone but android tablet same error
    on-Premise
    Version: Platform 14.0.29530.0 + Application 29537 (W1 14.0,YAVEON PB10.00)

    Still having errors since April 2023
