Hi All,
I have 1 customer that always got this credential issue for bank linking.
after key in the company id, user id, password.
and then key in the security code, it keep getting me this error
even though we tried using the same companyid, userid and password to the bank.
it seems all the credentials are correct.
but when tried linking to Cloud BC using this credential, it always said error.
We have tried to clear all browsing history.
still got the same error message.
Please advise.
