Error in page filters, only a user of 200

Hello everyone.
First excuse my english.
I use Dynamics NAV2018 CU4.
I have a user with problems on a page, it does not recognize the filters.
I have 200 users and it only happens to him on his computer.
If him test on another computer works correctly.
I have deleted C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Microsoft Dynamics NAV
I have deleted %TEMP%
Reinstalled
The problem persists
Any ideas?

Answers
The problem was in the regional settings.
Some other program had changed the settings, resetting it fixed it.
The filter was >5000, but dynamics read 5.
