Why is not possible to add fields with personalization on production ?

Hello guys,
I'm able to add fields for this customer using personalization on Sandbox env but I'm not able to do it on Production. (Sandbox env was updated already to V21).
What could the problem ?

I just tried it in my BC21.2 production environment and was able to personalize it.0
