Best practice to upgrade the versions and hotfixes.

Hi,

My requirement is to upgrade the one version database to a higher version in navision. Please let me know what are all the tools available to do this, what are the best practice to do such kind of task.

I think each product CD has an upgrade toolkit included somewhere, or else your solution provider should be able to provide this to you. So your 3.70 CD should have the toolkit to upgrade from any other to 3.70. Likewise with 4.0, which should have the toolkit to upgrade to that version. The documentation in those toolkits will give you a good idea of what to do.
