Updating Profile role from web client

Hi there,
if you go to the profile role, there exist the possibility to customize the profile for all. But when I click to Customize a new site is opened
with following link:
http://s22-navapp2c:48900/BC190?profile=BUCHHALTER/IN&customize
the port 48900 does not exist. May be it is because of missing the Client Base URL in the Server-config, which is actually empty. If I
open it with http://s22-navapp2c:8090/BC190 which is the link for bc, I get an error.
Furthermore, when I try to open the customize mode by entering the URL in the browser like this:
http://s22-navapp2c:8090/BC190?profile=BUCHHALTER/IN&customize
The webside in customize mode is shown but immediately an error occurs, which indicates, that something went wrong.
"Es ist leider ein Fehler aufgetreten, und die Anpassung konnte nicht gestartet werden. Versuchen Sie es später erneut, oder wenden Sie sich an den Systemadministrator."
"Sorry, something went wrong and customisation could not be started. Please try again later, or contact your system administrator."
What do I have to configure and how, that this feature is working?
