Pick Register Error

Hi All,
I am trying to create transfer order between white to silver. while doing the register pick, I have got error and attached below.
so please advice me to resolve this issue.

You need to enter a bin code for the first line, as the message suggested

Your system is set up to disallow you from picking from the RECEIVE bin.

Consult your setup. It is likely you need to put-away your item from RECEIVE to some bin that is configured for picking.
