Small customisation on standard tables , what is effect on Upgrade

I have made small custom fields in table no 37. How do I upgrade the to AL and thus into Business Central

I Got it and am ahead of doing the Upgrade. my new version is with the latest code with extension from customization and it is working Demo database nicely. How to upgrade data from old to the new installation

you have to first move the custom tables/fields data to temp tables in BC14 CAL
remove the customizations except temp table
install custom app on BC14
move data from temp tables/fields to AL tables/fields
