In a Dynamics Nav 2018 environment, the call button next to a phone number is not doing anything. It concerns the Customer Card Page (21), field Phone No. 1. It has ExtendedDatatype set to Phone No. This is the default situation, no custom code or properties.
We have installed a Phone client (SwyxIt!). When we run tel:1234567890 (some number) in Windows, the SwyxIt! client is started. Furthermore, if we run the same command inside a browser the client is also started.
Has anyone an idea as why the button is not working.
