Cloud Migration: Permissions

I have completed an upgrade from BC14 to Business Central Cloud V20.
The Cloud Migration Setup has completed but as stated in the guide, permissions are not carried across.
As it stands my permissions have only "Intelligent Cloud". What am I meant to do to get the permission sets back in the system.
