I am currently upgrading a customer from old NAV to BC SaaS.
2 or 3 times a year they send out renewal documents to a few hundred customers. Each "pack" has 3 reports. We currently have a batch that prints them as report 1, report2, report 3, for each customer as separate prints. This makes it easy to collate the paperwork, and send out.
Much as I would prefer to email them, they need to keep this process, and this seems to be an issue in BC. Obviously by default, the would need to click print for each copy. I believe I can get around this by using Universal print, but this seems pretty expensive, as you only get 5 prints a month for free. They also wont be using every month so may be difficult to manage.
Are there any other way to handle this?
