Windows 2003 sp1 Compatibility problem

I am trying to install Navision 3.01 to Terminal Server with Windows 2003 sp1. When it reaches at about 90%, suddenly it does a rollback and says "Setup is cancelled".
Any help please?

I seem to remember something about having to run installers when only in this mode.
Sorry I cannot give you any other info than that, I am trying to remember where I read this....
