Login failed when connecting to SQL (RTC)

Hi All,

We have 3 tier architecture (NAV2009 R2-RTC)
Classic client working fine for all user’s.
RTC working fine - in NAV SERVER (where Nav server installed)
but when I am connecting through RTC in the user’s system then I faced this error-screenshot attached.

Can u suggest what things I skipped or any other things required.

    Configure delegation

Can you use ADMINISTRATOR login (the one in NAV ServeR) to login via user's system?

If you can, then this is a SQL user permission.

Add the local user as a user via SQL Server Management studio, and assign rights. (or add a group and assign users to that group)

Unfortunately it has been a long time since working with NAV 2009 and I don't really recall the specifics of this process. You should be able to Google for "NAV 2009 delegation" (or similar) and find several guides. That's what I would need to do.

    Hi Smishra,
Not the active directory. SQL Management Studio.

Try to create the user here, and assign that same user to the NAV database via User mapping.
