Q: Error message when placing an order

Hi there, When I place an order an error log comes up and it says:
1)
"Number of originals and copies are not specified in the print management form." "Report is empty, Purchase order - report"
2)
Also when I save the order the Warehouse code in the bottom part of the window is cleared out. Any ideas what I forgot and where it should be setup ?
Anyone ?
