Object License in Dynamics BC OnLine/OnPrem

in NAV Three Tier
Hi,
In classic NAV (version NAV2018 and below), you would need to purchase objects if you use them in customisations.
Is this still required for Dynamics BC Online or OnPrem?

    For onPrem: Yes
    For BC Online: No
