Can't see serial numbers at invoice screen

Purchased the product, whose serial number we tracked, into stock. We transferred to another location. Then we want to make sales from that location. However, it does not appear among the available serial numbers in the item tracking section of the sales invoice section. When we examine it from Ledger Entry, there is no entry open tick that should be. In the Remaining amount field, 1 is written in the wrong entry.
