Can universal print be used with Business Central 19?

We ave a customer that wants to use universal print in their Business Central 19 on premise solution. In SaaS you have the preinstalled extension called "universal print", I've searched for a very long time but can't find the corresponding solution/extension for on prem?
I guess that the newer versions will have this built in, but that won't help us in this case.
Any ideas?
