Use dummy optionstrings

I've mentioned it before and after today, I will do so again.
If you change a optionstring in Standard Nav, insert some dummy option values.
Today I've upgraded one of my add-ons to 4.00 (a bit late I admit).
I was glad when I discovered the ic-partner option in the G/L entry table that I had some blank options.

It does not happen often but when it happens...
