Unable to Login BC Onpremises Mobile application

I created Self signed certificate. Same certificate installed in Android mobile also. We dont have static IP.
when we enter service name as https://192.168.8.100/BC180 we are getting we are getting error as "Could not connect to the server".
But the same link if we opened in mobile browser it is working.
What could be the possible reasons why we are not able to login mobileapp.
Please share your suggestions where I did wrong.
