The server failed to resume the transaction

Hi,
A user is on NAV2017 and Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Enterprise Edition.
The error log for the NAV Service tier contains various rows with the error message
"The server failed to resume the transaction".
Does anyone have experience with this error and experience regarding how to solve it?
