Temporary tables and concurrency

Hi Guys
I have created a report based on a temporary table (combine sales orders and archived SO) and each time you run it , DELETEALL command is issued to delete existing records before loading new ones. Am I correct to assume that if two users are running the same report at the same time, there are two instances of the report and DELETEALL from one user does not affect the other user.
