Hello experts,
Client is using BC14 Platform CU 16 Application CU11 On premise version.
We have two Services on two different servers. One server has Window Authentication and other server has AAD authentication.
Now I want to download symbols for TEST Database in Visual studio code. We have setup new service on new server having Windows authentication. But, I am not able to download.
Both services are running successfully but when I try to open RTC Client or download symbols in visual studio code using Window authentication service then it gives error as shown in below snapshot.
Any suggestion will be appreciated.

The issue has been resolved.
The solution is that User does not had Window User Mapped. I have mapped it and it has resolve the issue.0
