cant delete company in BC 14 (upgraded from NAV 2015)

Hi All,
I have upgraded Nav 2015 to BC 14
all feature is ok, user can open to this BC 14

but I cant delete company in BC 14
after around 30-45 seconds click delete company, then it will immediately closed.



I tested using powershell also failed.


any idea what happen?

Take a look at "Event Viewer" on the computer where the NAV service is running. It may contain more information. I usually find that error happens due to an external system error that NAV\BC can't handle.

I cant rename company...
I cant copy company as well
not sure what happened here

previously yes. in nav 2015
but i have merged it.

open no issue.
only deleting/renaming
