Your MBS Partner can give you access to the CustomerSource. You need to have a .net-password for that and the partner needs to add you with this e-mail-address in the PartnerSource. As far as I know you need to have the upgrading contract with MBS but nothing else.
Ask your partner about it!

I'm still trying to resolve this issue, but having contacted voice@microsoft.com they're saying that
CustomerSource is not available for International Navision customers
(I'm in the UK) and yet our partners Microsoft Account Manager is saying we should be able to get access to Customer Source and that we should contact voice@ if we have login problems.
One half of Microsoft has to be right, I'm just not sure which? Can anyone confirm that Customer Source is available to european customers?
