Migrate to Business Central on-premises from online

Hi All,

In there any MS Blog regarding Migrate to Business Central on-premises from online. Also, can you suggest the best way to merge data of two Business Central online DB into one, apps are same on both the DB.
Basically, a way out to "Export the Data" and "Import the Data" as we do in On-prim version to backup and restore company.
