Planning Worksheet didn't show Starting Date and Ending Date correctly.

Hi, I have a question about Planning Worksheet.
I clicked Calculate Regenerative plan... and set Starting Date and Ending Date but the date didn't show as I set. Moreover, the Accept Action Massage field didn't check like it used to be.

How do I fix this? please help me.
