Navision V4 SP3 Update 6 (Windows Vista Support)

Does anyone know where to find a copy of Navision V4 SP3 Update 6? A customer of ours is still running V4 SP3 on a failing server and we need to install it on another server. Upgrading is unfortunately not an option as they plan to move to another product and ideally we would like the new server to be later than Windows Server 2003 R2 and clients later than Windows XP to be "supported".
