Renewal of Dev-Licence NAV-2018 not possible?

in NAV Three Tier
Our Dev-Licence-Files for NAV 2018 have an expiration date of 31. July 2021.
If I try do dowload or generate a new one, ist has the same expiration date.
How can I do this?

Or am I missing som news?
Has https://businesscenter.mbs.microsoft.com/ moved somewhere?

    The url is still: https://businesscenter.mbs.microsoft.com/
    But you will need to do a new licens file configuration not just download the old one.
    If you do this the expiration date will be updated
    For help, do not use PM, use forum instead, perhaps other people have the same question, or better answers.

    It turns out, that the "Solution Provider Agreement" renewal was not signed, because signing dit not work.
    Any hints gerading this? I tried every browser (ie11, firefox, edge, chrome)
    After klicking then sign button it opens a new tab with the home page.
    Renewal did not happen.
