CRM 2013 and Exchange 2016

Hello everybody,
I'm new here and in the CRM's World.
I had to connect the CRM 2013 to Exchange 2016, i follow this tips :
But i still the "in progress" status, not failed or wish i'll prefer the success status.
Where can i find logs to know whats went wrong?
