CRM 2013 and Exchange 2016

in Dynamics CRM
Hello everybody,
I'm new here and in the CRM's World.
I had to connect the CRM 2013 to Exchange 2016, i follow this tips : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/dynamicscrm-2016/administering-dynamics-365/mt622062(v=crm.8)
But i still the "in progress" status, not failed or wish i'll prefer the success status.
Where can i find logs to know whats went wrong?
