How to check Where-Used List from Other company?

Hi all,
how do I check Where-Used List from other entity (Same database)
I just need to know how many records from this Where-used List.
I created my own function to get this counted Where-Used List.
but it only detect in own company.
from company A want to check how many records in company B (For the same GL Account)
it cant... it always from the Source Company (Company A)
Please advise
