Cannot Install Dynamics NAV 2016 in Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard.

Can some suggest the solution for the below error log:

We are using Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard with SQL 2014 Express edition.

Id = 'WebComponentsPrerequisitesInstalled', Registry key not found. Key = 'SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\90\Web Components Prerequisites'

Don't include the web options if your server does not have IIS installed.
