"Applies-to ID" gets cleared issue on BC

Hi,

has anyone had issue with following fix which was introduced with "CU 12 for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central April'19 on-premises (Application Build 14.13.42648)"? If so, how did you solve it?

When cash purchase invoice is being posted "Applies-to ID" value gets cleared and Vendor Ledger Entries are not applied in our system.
